natropath can help a good diet, I do not know, but most of the food or habits lifesytle can affect your hormones. Foods rich in saturated fats from milk rich, heavy meals in carbohydrates, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, can reduce stress hormones and especially those that help to ovulation as LH and L "estrogen. I know They are natropaths expencive, but only go once to get information - you do not buy everything.
I did not metformin, I've heard that some women to be successful and help them lose weight, often their starting point and if you lose to your doctor perscribe Clomid or hormone injections. If your over 35 years would require something a little dramatic.
